Bright apartment composed of one double bedroom and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from historical centre.The flat is located on a second floor with private balcony, accesible only by stairs.The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.

THE FLAT- Living room: the living room is wide. There is a sofa bed and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a double bed of 150cm, a ceiling fan and the direct access to the balcony.- Bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities.

EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the common terrace in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common laundry in the building.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.

EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Gebäude, nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Zentrum entfernt, im zweiten Stock mit eigenem Balkon, der nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Die Hauptterrasse gehört nicht zur Wohnung, aber die Kunden können sie nutzen. Es ist ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Die Gegend ist ruhig.

DAS WOHNZIMMER- Wohnzimmer: Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa und einen Fernseher. Es hat eine Split-Klimaanlage (funktioniert auch als Heizung).- Schlafzimmer 1: Es ist mit einem Doppelbett von 150cm, einem Deckenventilator und dem direkten Zugang zum Balkon ausgestattet.- Badezimmer: komplettes 3 Stück Badezimmer mit Dusche.- Küche: voll ausgestattet mit Haushaltsgeräten und allen Annehmlichkeiten.

EXTRAS- Unsere Gäste haben vollen Zugang zur gemeinsamen Terrasse im Dachgeschoss des Gebäudes, die sie mit den anderen Mietern teilen.- Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber wir verfügen über eine gemeinsame Wäsche im Gebäude.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Der Check in erfolgt automatisch, die Schlüssel befinden sich in einem Schließfach. ZEIT: Ab 15.00 Uhr - Unser Personal wird Sie nach Ihren Ausweispapieren/Pässen fragen und Ihnen einige Tage vor dem Einzug die Informationen über den automatischen Zugang zukommen lassen - Das Auschecken erfolgt ebenfalls automatisch, Sie müssen ALLE Schlüssel in der Wohnung auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, bevor Sie die Wohnung verlassen. ZEIT: bis 11 Uhr.

EXTRAS REGELN- Bitte, kümmern Sie sich um die Wohnung. Um das Klima zu bewahren, schalten Sie bitte das Licht, die Klimaanlage und/oder die Heizung aus, wenn Sie nicht in der Wohnung sind.- Es ist verboten, in der Wohnung und in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen des Gebäudes zu rauchen, außer auf den Terrassen.- Partys, Veranstaltungen und Lärm sind nicht erlaubt. Bitte respektieren Sie die Gemeinschaftsbereiche im Gebäude und die Ruhezeiten der Nachbarschaft zwischen 22.00 und 09.00 Uhr. Achten Sie auf die Ruhe und halten Sie die Haupteingangstür immer geschlossen.- Personen, die nicht in der Buchung eingetragen sind, können nicht beherbergt werden.
