A double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a couch to chill, an hammock to relax, a full-equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a big window to let the sun in!

Set on a building with 4 floors, the apartment it's on the second floor and there's an elevator.

The kitchen provides all you need. You can find a dining table for 4 people, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, combined cylinder and double refrigerator. In the bathroom there's a bathtub with shower, shampoo, shower gel, soap (provided upon arrival, replacement is not included) and hair dryer. There's also a blackout curtain to block the light in the bedroom and a ceiling fan. We have beach towels and a sun umbrella!

The studio is located in the old part of Matosinhos town. The distance from Porto city is just 30 minutes by metro or 15 minutes by car.

The price includes all the utilities : electricity, water, WiFi and a weekly house cleaning. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4-stöckigen Gebäude im zweiten Stock und verfügt über einen Aufzug.

Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 4 Personen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kombi-Flasche und Doppelkühlschrank. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife (wird bei der Ankunft gestellt, Ersatz ist nicht enthalten) und Haartrockner. Es gibt auch einen Verdunkelungsvorhang, um das Licht im Schlafzimmer zu blockieren und einen Deckenventilator. Wir haben Strandtücher und einen Sonnenschirm!

Das Studio befindet sich im alten Teil der Stadt Matosinhos. Die Entfernung von Porto Stadt ist nur 30 Minuten mit der U-Bahn oder 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind alle Nebenkosten: Strom, Wasser, WiFi und eine wöchentliche Reinigung des Hauses. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ebenfalls gestellt.

Hausregeln: Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt. Partys sind nicht erlaubt. Stille Stunden fm: 22:00h bis 08:00h
