Our apartment is located in the center of town in walking distance of the metro station of Bolhão and shopping streets (Santa Catarina). It is on the 2nd floor in a fully renovated 100-year old "Maison de maitre", exquisitely furnished, with African deco and modern facilities. Open living area with separate bedroom and bathroom with spacious shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher, excluding washing machine). There are several sets of beautiful bed sheets and towels. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as bathroom slippers. A. cleaning service can be provided at the cost of the tenant. Several laundry services are in the vicinity. Cable TV and internet are included in the rent.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation Bolhão und den Einkaufsstraßen (Santa Catarina) entfernt. Es ist auf der 2. Etage in einem vollständig renovierten 100 Jahre alten "Maison de maitre", exquisit eingerichtet, mit afrikanischen Deco und modernen Einrichtungen. Offener Wohnbereich mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Bad mit großer Dusche.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine, ohne Waschmaschine). Es gibt mehrere Sätze schöner Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Duschgel und Shampoo sind ebenso vorhanden wie Badeschuhe. Ein Reinigungsservice kann auf Kosten des Mieters angeboten werden. Mehrere Wäschereien befinden sich in der Nähe. Kabelfernsehen und Internet sind in der Miete enthalten.
