**Space**

The space has been divided into a room, a working area and a bathroom.

**Access**

The most important equipment in the room is, of course, the bed. A double bed was set up here, along with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a television set in front of the bed. In the room there is also a mini-fridge hidden in a cupboard and a set for making coffee and tea. An open wardrobe will provide a place to store your luggage. A desk with a comfortable chair will provide a comfortable place to work. In a niche under the window, which provides plenty of natural light, there is a seating area with a coffee table and two chairs.

The bathroom is primarily a corner shower cubicle. To make our guests' stay more pleasant, the amenities also include fresh towels, a set of cosmetics and a hair dryer.

**Interaction**

We are available throughout the stay by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

**Neighborhood**

The apartment is in a convenient location. The famous Poznań Palm House is only 450 m away. We also recommend a trip to the ZOO, which is only a 15-minute walk from the apartment. For those who appreciate contact with nature, we suggest a trip to the nearby Wilson Park. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the area, and you can reach the Stary Browar Shopping Center in 10 minutes by car.

We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments:

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.

Der Raum ist in ein Zimmer, einen Arbeitsbereich und ein Badezimmer aufgeteilt.

**Zugang**

Die wichtigste Einrichtung des Zimmers ist natürlich das Bett. Hier wurde ein Doppelbett aufgestellt, zusammen mit Nachttischen und Leselampen. Vor dem Bett befindet sich ein Fernsehgerät. Im Zimmer gibt es auch einen Minikühlschrank, der in einem Schrank versteckt ist, und ein Set zum Zubereiten von Kaffee und Tee. Ein offener Kleiderschrank bietet Platz für Ihr Gepäck. Ein Schreibtisch mit einem bequemen Stuhl bietet einen komfortablen Platz zum Arbeiten. In einer Nische unter dem Fenster, das viel Tageslicht hereinlässt, befindet sich eine Sitzecke mit einem Couchtisch und zwei Stühlen.

Das Badezimmer besteht hauptsächlich aus einer Eckduschkabine. Um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste noch angenehmer zu gestalten, gehören zur Ausstattung auch frische Handtücher, ein Kosmetikset und ein Haartrockner.

**Interaktion**

Wir sind während des gesamten Aufenthaltes telefonisch und im Büro erreichbar, um bei Problemen zu helfen.

**Nachbarschaft**

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer günstigen Lage. Das berühmte Palmenhaus von Poznań ist nur 450 m entfernt. Wir empfehlen auch einen Ausflug in den ZOO, der nur 15 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Für diejenigen, die den Kontakt mit der Natur schätzen, empfehlen wir einen Ausflug in den nahe gelegenen Wilson Park. In der Umgebung gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte, und das Einkaufszentrum Stary Browar erreichen Sie in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Wir haben einen flexiblen Ansatz für Ihre Bedürfnisse, so dass verschiedene Formen der Änderung des Tages in unseren Wohnungen:

Die Gebühr für das Einchecken nach 22:00 Uhr beträgt 150 PLN.
Für die Verlängerung der Check-out-Zeit bis 13.00 Uhr wird eine Gebühr von 50 PLN erhoben.
Beim Auschecken nach 13.00 Uhr wird eine Gebühr für die nächste volle Nacht erhoben.
Änderungen der Check-in/Check-out-Zeiten sind nach vorheriger Absprache mit unserem Kundenservice möglich.
