Exceptional flat located next to Manes Gallery and the river with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms face the courtyard and the living room and kitchen face the quiet Vojtěšska Street. Renovated in 2013, this flat has a modern feel but has maintained it's Art Nouveau origins.

The main bedroom boasts a large bathroom with rainforest shower and large walk-in shower space, cast iron bathtub and retractable window blinds for natural sunlight. The guest bedroom/office space has a private shower and sink.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the walk in closet space. The flat is air-conditioned.

The flat has a large kitchen with an island and bar stools, built in espresso machine, oven, dual purpose microwave oven and wine fridge. The living room area boasts a small balcony.

Before and during my stay communication with Roman was quick and seamless. When I arrived in Prague the handover was convenient and quick.

Roman's apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. I had more than I needed to enjoy a very memorable stay in Prague. If you are looking for a very comfortable apartment in an excellent location I highly recommend this apartment.

This neighborhood is located in an iconic area of Prague just steps from the Vltava river and landmarks including the Dancing House and Charles Bridge. Everything you'll likely want to see in Prague is a short walk from the apartment and if you don't feel like walking there are two tram stops just 2 minutes away.
