1+KK apartment is located near the Strahov Monastery in Prague 6, Břevnov. In short walking distance from the Petrin Tower, Prague Castle and Golden Lane. In sunny days you could relax in the very popular park Landronka, that is very close from the property.

The apartment is located near a bus stop Kajetánka with buses 180, 184 and 502. You could comfortably use also the trams lines from the stop Drinopol - 22, 25 and 27. The nearest metro station will be for you Dejvická or Hradčanská, which are easily accessible via bus lines in proximatly 10 minutes. In the neighborhood is also a grocery store Billa or the many restaurants and cafes.

Flat with dimensions of 34 square quadrate metres is decorated in Scandinavian style with mainly the relaxing white color. We can find here a separate room with comfortable wooden double bed and spacious wardrobes with mirrors. Ladies could use the comfortable table with mirror in the morning. During the day you can sit down to the small table with a nice cup of coffee and relax. The advantage is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and basic equipment.

Thanks to the good location you will have the whole city really close. The big plus is the fact that the property is newly reconstructed and fully equipped. The apartment is smoking and pets friendly.

I stayed here for 3 months as a student intern and this studio just had everything I needed. The greatest advantage compared to other places is that it has a diswasher and a washing machine.

Barbora is very friendly and if there is something wrong she immediately fixes it without delay. She always responds quick whenever you need her.

Everything that you might need is nearby. Supermarket Billa is a 5 minutes walk and the butcher and bakery are even closer. You can reach the centre within 30 minutes by public transport.

All in all it is a great place to stay for one or maybe even two people for a long time. If I were to stay in Prague for a while again I would definitely choose this place again.

My boyfriend and I spent 5 months on this beautiful apartment. Since we are foreign students, it was very important for us to find a fully furnished apartment. This one had everything, I mean really everything. Starting from decor, which is in calm and peaceful colors, very modern and new. We were able to cook every meal we wanted, beacuse we had all the pots and equipment needed. Kitchen also has a microwave and water heater, which was very helpful in quick meals.
During the cold winter days, inside of the apartment was still very warm thanks to two heaters, which provided us with that warm home feeling. There are a lot of bed linens and towels, which was really great, because we had a previous experiences where there was only one bed linen or just a few towels, which of course, it is not sufficient. The TV has a lot of programs on it, anf it also has a HDMI output. Wifi was always very fast and we never had any problem with it.
The neighbors were very nice and friendly with smile on their faces. Neighborhood is also very nice, clean and usually very quiet. Connection with the rest of Prague was easy since there are a bus and a tram stop just a few minutes of walking from apartment. There is a small shop in the building, but we usually went to supermarket Billa, which us 5 minutes away from apartment.
Our landlord Barbora was super super nice. She welcomed us into her place with big smile, and was also very helpful with everything. Communication between us was fast she always replied within few minutes. Thank you Barbora once again!
As a young couple living in a new city, this apartment was everything we could imagine; cosy and warm feeling, beautiful and new Ikea furniture, easy connection with surroundings!

Brevnov is a very nice, historical area and I loved going to Brevnov Monastery for quiet walks and good food! It is also not far by foot to Prague Castle. The flat is very charming and peaceful and Barbora is great at making you feel welcomed.

Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
