We offer you an amazing newly reconstructed sunny flat. It is suitable for a single or couple of professionals who require very higher standards of equipment.

Location

The apartment is in part of Prague Holešovice, tram and bus stops are just around the corner, Metro Vltavská and train station Bubny are less than 10 minutes walk. There are many cafe, restaurants, and shops around, even the flat is in calm street. Your free time you can spend by walking or biking or just chill out in great park Stromovka which is close to the flat.

The flat is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, in retro style. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, sink, and toilet and amazing mirror. The big kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, and the fridge, there is nice eating table with chairs. Open living room with TV and sofas give you nice a place to relax or watch movies. In the bedroom is a huge wooden made double bed. There is a small balcony oriented to a calm courtyard. The flat has enough storage place.

We have rented this apartment twice already, and each time is was cleaned so well, it felt like we were the first people living there. The apartment is very warm in the winter, which is quite unique in Prague, and has a nice breeze in the summer. The neighbourhood is very nice as well, and it only takes a 10-15 minute tram ride to get to the Old Town.

Janka is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We are very greatful to have had the opportunity to stay at her apartment.

That was a fantastic experience. The best one I had in renting apartment. There's everything you need for life. But it is also very spacious, beautiful and very quiet place. Very good location for exploring the city (metro is just 5 min walk, but it is also possible to reach sightseeing by foot). The owner is amiable and nice doing business with.
It is definitely worth to come and enjoy your time here.

Feels separate from the tourist areas although you're less than 4 minutes on the tram across the river to P1. Cool hipster-with-kids vibe. Great hangs at cafes, pubs, museums, public squares.

Nice neighborhood, many restaurants nearby. It has an Albert at the end of the road and a shopping center at 5 minutes. Very well served by transport. Tram at 2 minutes and a metro station at 5 minutes.
