→ Condominium
The apartment is located inside Marina Mar condominium, on the the first floor - to access the apartment there's a 10 steps stair. Marina Mar is just a few steps away from Vilamoura beach (250 m) and the exclusive Vilamoura marina (right across the street!). It has one outdoor swimming pool (with a kid's pool and free Wifi), as well as a supermarket - Jafers.
The indoor pool is already open and functioning.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and open up to the balcony.

→ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms. One with shower and a powder room.

→ Living Room
The living room has a TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining and seating areas. Also features a dedicated work place, if needed.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and of 50€ after 00:00 am). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
→ Night time in person assistance due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.

→ Eigentumswohnungen
Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock des Marina Mar Condominiums - der Zugang zum Apartment erfolgt über eine Treppe mit 10 Stufen. Marina Mar ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand von Vilamoura (250 m) und dem exklusiven Yachthafen von Vilamoura (direkt gegenüber!) entfernt. Die Anlage verfügt über einen Außenpool (mit Kinderbecken und kostenlosem Wifi) sowie einen Supermarkt - Jafers.
Das Hallenbad ist bereits geöffnet und in Betrieb.

→ Schlafzimmer
Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und haben einen Zugang zum Balkon.

→ Bäder
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder. Eines mit Dusche und ein Waschraum.

→ Wohnzimmer
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher, ein bequemes Sofa, eine Klimaanlage, einen Esstisch und Zugang zu einem privaten Balkon mit Ess- und Sitzbereich. Außerdem gibt es einen eigenen Arbeitsplatz, falls erforderlich.

→ Küche
Die Küche ist mit einem Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee nicht inbegriffen) ausgestattet.

Zusätzliche Informationen:

→ Das Haus ist ein Selbstversorgerhaus. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine kostenlose Grundausstattung, einschließlich Toilettenartikel für den ersten Tag, Toilettenpapier usw. Diese Artikel werden nur als Willkommensgruß angeboten - Ersatz oder Nachschub sind nicht vorgesehen.
→ Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden entsprechend der Anzahl der in der Reservierung bestätigten Gäste bereitgestellt. Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 7 Nächten werden zusätzliche Bett- und Badewäsche beim Check-in kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
→ Die in Ihrer Reservierung enthaltene Reinigungsgebühr deckt nur die Endreinigung ab. Zusätzliche Reinigungen oder frische Wäsche können während Ihres Aufenthalts gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr angefordert werden - diese Anfragen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen.
→ (zusätzliche Kosten von 25€ für Check-ins nach 22:00 Uhr und von 50€ nach 00:00 Uhr). Es wird nur ein Satz Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt.
→ Wir sind nach portugiesischem Recht verpflichtet, die Reisepassdaten unserer Gäste zu erfassen.
→ Der Check-out muss bis 10 Uhr erfolgen. Bitte legen Sie die Schlüssel vor der Abreise auf den Haupttisch. Lassen Sie sie niemals im Schloss oder im Briefkasten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Verlust oder Beschädigung der Schlüssel (oder des Schlosses) eine Strafgebühr erhoben wird.
→ Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhältlich.
→ Der Pool ist in Betrieb, kann jedoch ohne vorherige Ankündigung von der Wohnanlage gewartet werden.
→ Nächtliche Hilfe vor Ort aufgrund von Problemen, die außerhalb der Kontrolle des Hauses liegen, kostet ab 22:00 Uhr 25 € und ab 00:00 Uhr 50 € extra.
