Enjoy the panorama of Risan bay in our fully renovated apartment 50m from the beach.
You can prepare dishes in fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it at dinning table for four or for six when unfolded. You can have an espresso on comfy sofa in front of big smart TV with live TV, YT or Netflix.
WiFi conection in stable, and dedicated workspace can be organised in each room.
Master bedroom has king size bed, big wardrobe and it’s own terrace.
King size bed is also on the gallery bedroom which is connected to living room with staircases.
The flat can be equiped with all baby amenities on request - cot, baby chair, baby tub, some dishes or toys.
Enjoy sunsets from big terrace after an active day.
Risan is ancient city where local residents have everything they need for life - grocery shops, caffes, restaurants, bakery, hospital, pharmacy and it's great place to explore Boka bay - Perast, with its fantastic view and excellent restaurants, is only 2,5-kilometer walk along the well-maintained promenade. Kotor, Herceg Novi, Tivat are 20-40 min car or bus drive, and also Zabljak in the mountains of Durmitor is 2h car drive.

This was a marvelous stay in Risan. I'm a digital nomad and have lived all over the world. This apartment has to be one of the best I've ever experienced for work and pleasure. First, it's brand new, and cooly decorated. All the amenities are new and top-notch. The internet was highspeed for working. The mattresses were super comfortable (I tried both beds) for sleeping; the view is spectacular overlooking the Bay of Kotor. There's great swimming spot within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment that takes you to Perast and Kotor. Perast is 3 km away, an easy walk. The landlord and family make the apartment especially fantastic. They are super attentive, kind, and accommodating in every way. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment and experience to anyone interested in learning about and living in Montenegro.

Neighborhood
Risan is an ancient historical town with simple amenities: 3 grocery stores, a few restaurants, a market/gas station, a Sunday market, an Orthodox church (beautiful), small hospital, pharmacy and marina. It's pure and not touristy. The UNESCO village of Perast is 3 kms away, an easy walk or 5 minute ride of the public bus that is very accessible and leaves hourly. Kotor, the bigger city on the bay is 25 minutes away by bus or car.

The Mussel Farm, for fresh oysters and mussels directly from the Bay is 1 km from the apartment and an incredible experience as well as cheap.
There are 3,000 year cave dwellings not far away, Roman mosaics of some note in the village of Risan, a beautiful church, and the BAY OF KOTOR in itself. At the end of my stay in November, I saw dolphins there from my terrace every day. I came here to swim every day and work as a digital nomad. This met my expectations and more!
