Our beautiful, comfortable, sunny and bright two-room apartment is in a perfect position in the best part of the city, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the old part of the city, the beach, the ferry port.
It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Split.



The entire apartment is available only for you. It is ideal for 4 people.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has fast and free Wi-Fi,

a bedroom with a comfortable double bed,

living room with a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed,

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND RULES OF STAY:

From June 20, 2025 to September 20, 2025, we allow the number of people to stay in the apartment corresponding to the full capacity.
However, the number of people in the apartment must always be identical to the number of people stated in the Rental Agreement, regardless of the capacity of the property itself. All people staying in the apartment must be duly registered.
Overnight stays by unregistered guests, as well as subletting the accommodation, are not allowed.
Violation of these rules will be considered a serious breach of the rental agreement, which gives us the right to immediately terminate the reservation while retaining the entire rental amount.
Please read these rules carefully and adhere to them for your and our peace of mind.

Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes in Split brauchen könnten.

Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, hat schnelle und kostenlose Wi-Fi,

ein Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett,
ein kleineres Zimmer mit zwei Betten 90x200,

Es genügt, die Wohnung zu verlassen und in wenigen Minuten sind Sie im Bus :) Sie brauchen keine Verkehrsmittel, um sich in der Stadt zu bewegen. Alles ist sehr nah, und wenn Sie gerne zu Fuß gehen, sogar zu nah.

WICHTIGER HINWEIS ÜBER DIE ANZAHL DER GÄSTE UND DIE REGELN DES AUFENTHALTS:

Vom 20. Juni 2025 bis zum 20. September 2025 erlauben wir die Anzahl der Personen, die sich in der Wohnung aufhalten dürfen, die der vollen Kapazität entspricht.
Die Anzahl der Personen in der Wohnung muss jedoch immer mit der im Mietvertrag angegebenen Anzahl von Personen übereinstimmen, unabhängig von der Kapazität der Wohnung selbst. Alle Personen, die sich im Appartement aufhalten, müssen ordnungsgemäß angemeldet sein.
Die Übernachtung von nicht angemeldeten Gästen sowie die Untervermietung der Wohnung sind nicht gestattet.
Ein Verstoß gegen diese Regeln wird als schwerwiegender Verstoß gegen den Mietvertrag betrachtet, der uns das Recht gibt, die Reservierung sofort zu beenden und den gesamten Mietbetrag einzubehalten.
