Accommodation of 65 m², very bright and newly renovated (Feb. 2019).

The property is located 20 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, opposite the Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.

The location is excellent, because the promenade leads to the Old Town in 10 minutes walking distance and it is free from the typical summer hustle and bustle.

It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and the other of 135 cm. A bathroom with shower with screen, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and iron.

It has 2 terraces, in one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric boiler. From this terrace we can see a part of the beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kite or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very spacious, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue.

The flat has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the flat.

It has air conditioning in the living room and Wifi (fibre).

Das Anwesen befindet sich 20 Meter vom Sandstrand von Playa de los Lances. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Familiengegend am Meer, gegenüber dem Café del Mar Playa und Surla Café.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, denn die Promenade führt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und ist frei von dem typischen Sommerrummel.

Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Eines von 150 cm und das andere von 135 cm. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche mit Paravent, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Küche mit Geschirrspüler und kleinen Geräten wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer und Bügeleisen ausgestattet.

Es hat 2 Terrassen, in einer gibt es einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen und einen Platz für die Waschmaschine und den elektrischen Boiler. Von dieser Terrasse können wir einen Teil des Strandes sehen und sehen, ob es Wellen gibt oder der Wind ist gut für Kite oder Windsurfen. Auf der hinteren Terrasse, die sehr geräumig ist, haben wir einen Chill-out-Bereich mit einem Grill.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Außenparkplatz in einem privaten Bereich, von dem aus es einen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung gibt.
