About the area.
About town
The town has a happy, fun atmosphere and appeals to both young and old visitors. There are an abundance of shops and boutiques, and the best place to head is the main pedestrian street of Calle San Miguel, where shops line up to sell you goods of all kinds.
The town is also awash with colour in the summer, with over a thousand species of trees and flowers being planted in and around the towns streets, plazas and parks.
The old fishing district of El Bajondillo is found at the end of Calle San Miguel, at the bottom of a steep flight of stairs, here you will find some excellent seafood restaurants, souvenir shops and at the bottom is the beach of El Bajondillo.
The seafront promenade of Torremolinos stretches all the way to Benalmadena Marina and makes for a pleasant evening stroll, where you pass the old fishing village of La Carihuela.
Beaches
Torremolinos boasts six beaches within its municipality, and all have golden, clean sands and lots of facilities, including restaurants and water sports. The 7-kilometre promenade that backs the beaches is perfect for an evening stroll taking you through the quaint fishing village of La Carihuela on to the marina at Benalmadena.
Important information.
Pets, as much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. If we do accept your pet, there may be an additional cost. This can be paid on arrival.
No Parties. You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings, but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbours.
Security deposit. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. The deposit will be returned in the same way as it was paid.
Check-out is at latest 11AM. Late check out may be possible, depending on availability Fees may apply.
There is no specific parking for the property. However, there is plenty of both free and paid parking in the area. In busy periods, availability can be limited.

Die Stadt hat eine fröhliche, lustige Atmosphäre und spricht sowohl junge als auch ältere Besucher an. Es gibt eine Fülle von Geschäften und Boutiquen, und der beste Ort dafür ist die Hauptfußgängerzone Calle San Miguel, wo sich die Geschäfte aneinanderreihen, um Waren aller Art zu verkaufen.
Im Sommer erstrahlt die Stadt in neuem Glanz, denn dann werden in den Straßen, auf den Plätzen und in den Parks der Stadt über tausend verschiedene Baum- und Blumenarten gepflanzt.
Das alte Fischerviertel El Bajondillo befindet sich am Ende der Calle San Miguel, am Fuße einer steilen Treppe. Hier finden Sie einige ausgezeichnete Fischrestaurants, Souvenirläden und am Ende den Strand von El Bajondillo.
Die Strandpromenade von Torremolinos erstreckt sich bis zum Jachthafen von Benalmadena und lädt zu einem angenehmen Abendspaziergang ein, bei dem man auch das alte Fischerdorf La Carihuela passiert.
Strände
Torremolinos verfügt über sechs Strände im Gemeindegebiet, alle mit goldenem, sauberem Sand und zahlreichen Einrichtungen, darunter Restaurants und Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Die 7 km lange Strandpromenade entlang der Strände ist ideal für einen Abendspaziergang, der Sie durch das malerische Fischerdorf La Carihuela bis zum Jachthafen von Benalmadena führt.

Haustiere: So sehr wir Haustiere auch lieben, wir müssen wissen, mit welcher Art von Haustier Sie reisen möchten, bevor wir Ihre Wünsche akzeptieren können. Wenn wir Ihr Haustier akzeptieren, können zusätzliche Kosten anfallen. Diese können bei der Ankunft bezahlt werden.
Keine Partys. Es ist natürlich erlaubt, tagsüber und abends Musik zu hören, aber nur in einer Lautstärke, die die Nachbarn nicht stört.
Die Abreise ist spätestens um 11 Uhr. Späteres Auschecken ist je nach Verfügbarkeit möglich, hierfür können Gebühren anfallen.
Es gibt keine speziellen Parkplätze für das Haus. In der Umgebung gibt es jedoch zahlreiche kostenlose und gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze. In Stoßzeiten kann die Verfügbarkeit begrenzt sein.
