I’m offering a room in a fully renovated apartment (2024) with three separate cosy rooms and two bathrooms.
The room advertised has a shared bathroom.
The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator and located in Omonia, 5 mins from the metro station and 10min walking to Monastiraki square/subway.
The apartment is full of light and airy breeze with balconies on both sides.
Balcony doors have fly screen and roller shutters.
It has a spacious common salon with smart TV and wifi (100 mbps), the entrance comes with small dinning area and there is a separate kitchen - everything to make it feel your home.
It is fully furnished with brand new electrical appliance (4 air conditions, fridge, oven, washing machine, vaccum cleaner, iron) and energy efficient panels for hot water (solar thermal).

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
