Ich biete ein geräumiges, nicht begehbares Zimmer in der Wohnung, in der ich wohne, zur Miete an. Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und ich werde nicht das beworbene Zimmer zusammen mit der Gesamtgröße der Wohnung selbst verwenden, so dass ich beschlossen, die größte, nicht begehbar und voll ausgestattete Zimmer zur Miete anbieten. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 1,5 Bett (140 cm), eine Couch, eine Wohnwand, eine Fitnessbank mit Hanteln, ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, eine Tasche für MMA :). Die Fenster haben elektrische Jalousien, die über ein Mobiltelefon oder einen Knopf an der Wand gesteuert werden können. Ich werde demnächst einen Fernseher mit Lautsprechern und eine neue Beleuchtung anbringen. Andere Gemeinschaftsräume (Bad, Toilette, Küche) sind ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.

The flat is okay, but the owner not so much. He is rude, aggressive and manipulative. I live with him, he himself is not hygienic (he leaves moldy plate and other disgusting stuffs in the sink, he leaves the toilet dirty), yet he judges and inspects my cleaning with hotel standard. While I was there, I clean the shower filter more than him. He always promised to make the central heating in my room work, but never delivered, so I was stuck with a small oil heater which I have to plug in every now and then to not feel cold. I couldn't sleep with it on, since it's not the central heater, and it's not automatic, so it's always off when I sleep, and every time I woke up it'll always be cold.
He demands money from me for all the household items, I understand that we need to buy some necessities like toilet paper etc, but I could've just buy them on my own, without him asking 2600 CZK for it.
Before I leave, he ask me to clean the whole house, which I did by myself, without any help from him. When he woke up, he start inspecting and getting mad about a spot that is still dirty. When I argue with him, he threatened me, and still demanded me to clean some more. So I decided to leave early.
This guy shouldn't be a host at all. Look at the other reviews on him as well, they have the same tone as mine, and it's not a coincidence.

On Sunday morning, as agreed with Mr. Michal, I arrived at his apartment at 10 a.m. I rang the doorbell, but no one came to open the door. I tried to contact him, and it turned out that he had overslept. When I entered my room, he informed me that he had not yet been able to clean it.

He then gave me a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies so I could clean everything myself. I have photos of this, but it is obviously difficult to capture this on camera. Everything in the house, including my room, smelled terrible of cigarettes and everything was musty. Even the bedding that was lying on my bed (in a pile). The green mat was also really dirty and musty. So it was clear that no one had been in the room for a long time. What's more, there were still things in the closet that he would pick up “when he had the chance.”

It also turned out that the door to my room was completely transparent and could only be closed with a hook. The bathroom couldn't be closed either. So I have no privacy at all.

The kitchen and bathroom, which we have to share, were also extremely dirty. Michal was not prepared for my arrival. The dishwasher was full of moldy stuff. When I was away for a while on Sunday afternoon, he quickly gave the kitchen and bathroom a superficial clean.

When I want to use the toilet, I notice that someone has urinated all over the seat.

I was planning to stay there for 4 months and only stayed 2 days.
