Fully furnished, nicely decorated room in a prestigious and excellently connected district of Warsaw - Upper Mokotów.
The apartment is located on a lower ground floor. It is well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It consists of six single rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc.
Each room is bright and sunny, each room is lockable and equipped with a bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair. The garden practically comes into your room. If you feel like it you can even grow your own herbs just behind your window:)
You will be living with friendly and easy going people - young student/professionals (20-30 y.o.)
Excellent public transport: nearest subway station – Metro Wilanowska (4 minutes walk) and multiple buses and trams (tram/bus stop is 1 minute walk).
Walking distance to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów and Mokotow office centre (so called Mordor).
Warsaw University of Technology (12 minutes)
Lazarski University (15 minutes walk)
Vistula University (20 minutes walk)

Building located in a quiet street, surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, parks, fitness centers etc.
Top location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 2 minutes walk from the apartment from Spring until late Autumn. Staying here you can enjoy fast connection with Warsaw's center (and other parts of the city ) by public transport, but still you can stay in green and peaceful Mokotów, one of the most desired to live areas in Warsaw.
We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk from tram stop in Puławska street, walking distance to the Mokotow office centre i(so called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotów shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well communicated with schools and universities.
Please note all tenants are expected to participate in maintaining day-to-day cleanliness in the flat. Everybody is expected to clean after each use of a bathroom or a kitchen, so that your flatmates may also use a clean space, just like you would like it to be left for you.
This is a quiet building, no loud events or organizing parties is allowed here, so that everybody may rest at home. Only tenants sleep in our rooms, which means that all potential guests must leave the building before 22.00.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Erdgeschoss. Sie ist gut gepflegt, voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Sie besteht aus sechs Einzelzimmern, 3 Badezimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten modernen Küche mit allen Geräten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - Ofen, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirr, Teller usw.
Jedes Zimmer ist hell und sonnig, jedes Zimmer ist abschließbar und ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Schreibtisch, Stuhl. Der Garten reicht praktisch bis in dein Zimmer. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du sogar deine eigenen Kräuter direkt hinter deinem Fenster anbauen :)
Du wirst mit freundlichen und entspannten Menschen zusammenleben - junge Studenten/Berufstätige (20-30 Jahre)
Ausgezeichnete öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung: nächste U-Bahn-Station - Metro Wilanowska (4 Minuten zu Fuß) und mehrere Busse und Straßenbahnen (Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt).

Top Lage: nahe am Stadtzentrum (nur 10 Minuten mit der Metro), aber auch nahe an mehreren Parks und verschiedenen schönen Veranstaltungen wie dem Targ Śniadaniowy (Frühstücksmarkt) jeden Sonntag, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, von Frühling bis Spätherbst. Wenn du hier wohnst, kannst du eine schnelle Verbindung zum Zentrum Warschaus (und zu anderen Teilen der Stadt) mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln genießen, aber trotzdem im grünen und ruhigen Mokotów bleiben, einem der begehrtesten Wohngebiete Warschaus.
Wir sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von Metro Wilanowska entfernt, 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Puławska-Straße, zu Fuß erreichbar zum Bürozentrum Mokotów (das sogenannte Mordor) und zum Einkaufszentrum Westfield Mokotów. Ausgezeichnete Lage, einfache Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu allen Teilen Warschaus. Sehr gut angebunden an Schulen und Universitäten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass von allen Mietern erwartet wird, an der täglichen Sauberkeit der Wohnung mitzuwirken. Es wird erwartet, dass jeder nach jeder Nutzung eines Badezimmers oder einer Küche putzt, damit auch deine Mitbewohner einen sauberen Raum benutzen können, genauso wie du es dir wünschen würdest, dass er für dich hinterlassen wird.
Dies ist ein ruhiges Gebäude, laute Veranstaltungen oder das Organisieren von Partys sind hier nicht erlaubt, damit sich jeder zu Hause ausruhen kann. Nur Mieter schlafen in unseren Zimmern, das bedeutet, dass alle potenziellen Gäste das Gebäude vor 22.00 Uhr verlassen müssen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
