Ideal roommate would be in their late 20s-mid 30's (preferably a female) who is clean, respectful, responsible and laid back. I work 9-5 from home and I appreciate some nights to relax but I also love going downtown. I love showing people around and giving tours of all the great things the Seacoast has to offer.
