Hi everyone, I’d love to introduce a little place we’ve recently opened — a small, peaceful retreat in Cu Chi, Vietnam. We offer private rooms in a cozy villa, surrounded by greenery and a calm countryside atmosphere. It’s about 15 minutes from the Cu Chi Tunnels and around an hour from Ho Chi Minh City, so you get the best of both worlds: easy access to the city, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the traffic and noise.
Our place is open to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Vietnam — whether you’re visiting for a few days, exploring the country for a few weeks, working remotely, or even considering retiring here. In fact, we’re currently welcoming retired guests who are looking for a slower, more peaceful way of living. We’ve already had the chance to host a few, and it’s been a really meaningful experience for both sides. If you enjoy quiet spaces, fresh air, and a closer connection to nature, you might feel right at home with us.
The villa was originally a family vacation home, so it’s fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. We’ve kept that warm, homey feeling while opening it up to guests. Each room has its own private bathroom and comes fully furnished — just bring your suitcase and settle in.
One of the things people love most here is the outdoor space. We have a large garden with a koi pond, a small lake, and some lovely animals like ducks, swans, and peacocks — a perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Our swimming pool is currently under construction and is expected to be completed around June or July.
We welcome both short-term and long-term stays. For guests staying longer than one month, we offer a more complete living experience, including:

Unsere Unterkunft steht allen offen, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Vietnam suchen – ganz gleich, ob ihr für ein paar Tage zu Besuch seid, das Land ein paar Wochen lang erkundet, im Homeoffice arbeitet oder sogar darüber nachdenkt, euch hier zur Ruhe zu setzen. Tatsächlich begrüßen wir derzeit Gäste im Ruhestand, die nach einer langsameren, friedlicheren Lebensweise suchen. Die Villa war ursprünglich ein Familienferienhaus und ist daher komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für den Alltag benötigen. Wir haben diese warme, heimelige Atmosphäre bewahrt und die Villa gleichzeitig für Gäste geöffnet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und ist komplett möbliert – bringen Sie einfach Ihren Koffer mit und machen Sie es sich gemütlich.
Was die Gäste hier besonders schätzen, ist der Außenbereich. Wir haben einen großen Garten mit einem Koiteich, einem kleinen See und einigen reizenden Tieren wie Enten, Schwänen und Pfauen – eine perfekte Kulisse, um zu entschleunigen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Unser Swimmingpool befindet sich derzeit im Bau und wird voraussichtlich im Juni oder Juli fertiggestellt sein.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
