I’m an artist and a calm, independent person who values privacy, creativity, and a relaxed home atmosphere. I’m looking for a like-minded roommate who would enjoy sharing a beautiful and peaceful space while still having plenty of personal space and independence.
I also live with my 6-year-old cat, who is very much part of the home. Despite having a pet, the apartment is kept very clean, tidy, and well cared for.
The location is one of the best parts of the home: you can reach the waterfront within a few minutes on foot, while public transportation makes it easy to get around Istanbul without feeling disconnected from the city.
This would be an ideal home for a professional, creative, expat, remote worker, or anyone looking for a comfortable and characterful place to live in Istanbul rather than just a room to rent.

Ich bin Künstlerin und eine ruhige, unabhängige Person, die Wert auf Privatsphäre, Kreativität und eine entspannte Wohnatmosphäre legt. Ich suche einen gleichgesinnten Mitbewohner, der gerne einen schönen und ruhigen Wohnraum teilt und dabei dennoch viel persönlichen Freiraum und Unabhängigkeit genießt.
Ich lebe außerdem mit meiner 6-jährigen Katze zusammen, die fest zum Haushalt gehört. Trotz des Haustiers ist die Wohnung sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut gepflegt.
Die Lage ist einer der größten Vorzüge der Wohnung: Das Ufer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und dank der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel lässt sich Istanbul bequem erkunden, ohne dass man sich von der Stadt abgeschnitten fühlt.
Dies wäre ein ideales Zuhause für Berufstätige, Kreative, Expats, Remote-Arbeiter oder alle, die in Istanbul nach einer komfortablen und charaktervollen Wohnmöglichkeit suchen und nicht nur nach einem Zimmer zur Miete.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
