Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Quarto privado de 14 m² no Cubo Rooms Olhão, com cama de casal e porta com chave, num apartamento com quatro quartos. Uma opção prática para uma pessoa ou um casal que procura uma estadia em Olhão com acesso a cozinha equipada.
O quarto inclui roupa de cama, toalhas e ventilador. Não dispõe de ar condicionado.
A cozinha é partilhada com os restantes hóspedes e está equipada com fogão, torradeira, máquina de café, frigorífico e máquina de lavar roupa. As duas casas de banho também são partilhadas e dispõem de gel de duche e champô.
Existe estacionamento público gratuito na rua, em frente à casa ou nas traseiras do prédio, a cerca de um minuto a pé. O edifício não tem elevador.
A entrada é autónoma, através de cofres de chaves, a partir das 15h. A saída deve ser feita até às 11h. As instruções de acesso são enviadas antes da chegada.
As toalhas e a roupa de cama estão incluídas; as trocas adicionais durante a estadia são feitas a pedido e têm um custo extra.
Não é permitido fumar, organizar festas ou trazer animais de estimação para este quarto.

Das Zimmer verfügt über Bettwäsche, Handtücher und einen Ventilator. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.
Die Küche wird mit den übrigen Gästen geteilt und ist mit Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die beiden Badezimmer werden ebenfalls geteilt und sind mit Duschgel und Shampoo ausgestattet.
Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße, vor dem Haus oder hinter dem Gebäude, etwa eine Gehminute entfernt. Das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug.
Der Check-in erfolgt selbstständig über Schlüsseltresore ab 15 Uhr. Der Check-out muss bis 11 Uhr erfolgen. Die Zugangsanweisungen werden vor der Ankunft verschickt.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inbegriffen; zusätzliche Wechsel während des Aufenthalts erfolgen auf Anfrage und kosten extra.
In diesem Zimmer ist es nicht erlaubt zu rauchen, Partys zu veranstalten oder Haustiere mitzubringen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
