A hand-carved headboard, natural-fiber lamps and an arched window that fills the room with afternoon light. Double bed and a closet. The bathroom is not inside the room but right across from it, and it is shared: the lightest option in the house for long stays.
THE HOUSE
Shared spaces: a fully equipped kitchen full of natural light, two living rooms, work corners with tables and Wi-Fi, a garden with plants, flowers and fruit trees facing the hills, and a washing machine. Ideal for remote workers and slow travelers.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is in Ixcatepec, a calm residential area right next to the Yohualinchan archaeological site, with shops and food nearby and a bus stop steps away for rides to downtown Tepoztlán (about 35 minutes on foot). Trails to the hills start in the neighborhood.
