Spacious, quiet room in a maisonette with a sared bathroom, a kitchinette which is outside the room and a balcony . It is located at Spata, a city near Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (6 km), and Athens Metropolitan Expo S.A. (4km). It is ideal if you have a job at/near the airport or elsewhere in the area and want to stay there for some time. There are some beautiful beaches 9km from our place. The room has an independent entrance and is on the 2nd floor. There are stairs.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Τhere is a public sports stadium nearby where you can go for a walk/run free and have a coffee or refreshments. Mac Arthur Glen Shopping Center and Attica Zoo is in about 1,5km from our home.
Ways of transport: bus, metro, private car. 'Kantza" metro station within about 4km.
Due to the situation of the Pandemy we accept only VACCINATED GUESTS and of course we are also vaccinated.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und sicher. In der Nähe befindet sich ein öffentliches Sportstadion, in dem man kostenlos spazieren gehen/laufen und einen Kaffee oder eine Erfrischung zu sich nehmen kann. Das Mac Arthur Glen Shopping Center und der Attica Zoo sind ca. 1,5 km von unserem Haus entfernt.
Verkehrsmittel: Bus, Metro, privates Auto. die Metrostation "Kantza" ist ca. 4 km entfernt.
Aufgrund der Situation der Pandemie nehmen wir nur geimpfte Gäste auf und sind natürlich auch geimpft.
