My experience with this home, with the landlord Joana, and with the local area were all very positive.

It is a great value for a temporary place to call home in a quiet and good area, close to everything you need including a metro straight downtown and a short way from the airport for frequent travellers.

The home itself was clean and well kept and included everything a tenant could need.

Joana was easy to talk with and kind and helpful.

I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Lisbon.

Residential neighbourhood about 5 minutes walk to a green line metro that goes straight downtown. Still plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area but it is nice and quiet and not tourist filled like downtown. 5 minute Uber ride to the airport. I felt very safe in this neighbourhood even at night.

Padaria Portuguese - 1 minute walk. Cafe. My usual coffee place with delightful food
Pizzeria da Beppi - 1 minute walk. Restaurant. I frequently visited here for their delicious and inexpensive margherita pizza and pastas as well as good service in a quiet atmosphere.
Pingo Doce- 7 minute walk. Grocery store. Everything you need for groceries. Excellent selection of fish as well.
Campo Grande Station- 7 minute walk. Metro station. Takes you straight downtown. Some fashion shops in the building as well.

It was a really nice time I spent at Joana's place. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for your everyday life.
The location is also good, 5 min from the metro station.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
