Our apartment is located in a pleasant location in Prague, a few steps from Jiřího z Poděbrad square, where are held popular farmers markets. Directly in our house there is an excellent Italian restaurant and there are several restaurants in the vicinity, as well as bistros, bakeries and the most popular Vietnamese bistro in Prague - Pho Vietnam. For me the it is positively the best location from all over Prague.

The apartment is spacious and sunny. Windows of the room are facing a quiet garden. There is a large spacious entrance hall in the apartment. The kitchen has new floors and is partially refurbished, you will find there basic dishes. The apartment is after partial reconstruction, newly painted. There is also a smaller room which works as storage space.
It is a matter of course that WiFi is provided.

The handmade bed is 140 cm, made of solid old wooden beams combined with europallets. There is also a white sofa-bed, an antique table, which we can replace with a desk if you wish. Floors in the room are older parquet floors partially covered with carpets. If the tenant would like to, we are able to deliver additional amenities to room. It therefore depends on the purpose of your stay - entertainment, work or study.

We prefer the clean roommate, ideally girl. For a short time it is possible to rent it to a boy or a couple.
