Una muy buena casa, cada vez que hay un problema con algo el propietario lo arregla lo antes posible.
Lo único malo es que la cocina tiene demasiada suciedad acumulada y no se limpia bien.

Byt byl překrásný, úplně jako na fotografiích. Ve skvělé lokalitě. S majitelem byla velmi dobrá domluva. I když jsme bohužel museli ukončit bydlení dříve než bylo uvedeno ve smlouvě, nebyl to žádný problém a dalo se vše v pořádku domluvit.
Neighborhood
Byt se nachází kousek od Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, kde se nachází stanice metra. Jen asi pár metrů vedle bytu jsou také Riegrovy sady. Příjemnou procházkou se dá dojít i na Hlavní nádraží za pár minut. Velmi dobrá lokalita. Vedle vchodu do bytu je večerka, kde seženete základní potraviny a naproti dokonce hospoda.

Pros:
The apartment is very well situated and is close to markets. The tram stop and the metro/tube stop is also quite close. The apartment is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped.
Cons:
My room was supposed to be cleaned every Monday at 12 pm for 30 minutes(as suggested by the caretakers themselves). It was never cleaned. In a month, my sheets were changed only once.
The caretakers of this flat have borrowed money from me THRICE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. I have NEVER been in a situation where the keepers of a flat take money from their tenants. I understand people run out of lose cash at times because of which I wanted to help them out. I had to specifically ask them back for my money cause they kept delaying in paying me back. I felt quite uncomfortable by the end of my stay and am definitely glad that I have moved out.

Very clean and well located apartment. Sheets, towels and my room was changed/cleaned once a week. The only issue was the lack of a system for booking the washing machine and that the tumble dryer was out of order. The later was no big issue since there was a drying rack to borrow. I'm overall very pleased with this accommodation during the three months I lived in Prague!
