We offer for rent a room 20m2 in a beautiful apartment 3+1 in the center of Prague - close to the Angel.

Features double bed, queen bed, desk, wardrobe, and baby crib. Large south-facing window with plenty of room for work and rest.

Full kitchen includes stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bathroom includes shower, washer/dryer, drying rack.

NOTE: This room is connected to a front bedroom through a shared doorway. Shared doorway can be closed for privacy. Rooms may also be rented together as a full two-room suite.

No more than 4 people total will be renting the apartment at any time.

Really pleasant place to stay. Great location, nice landlord, and generally safe and clean building.

The owners were really communicative and responsive to any concerns. The place is really nice and comfortable.

If you stay in this room, be aware that you need to walk through another bedroom to get in and out. Be ready to make friends with the other flatmates!

Working class but with plenty of amenities, good restaurants, parks and pubs. Not very touristy but still friendly to outsiders.

Samotná izba, v ktorej sme bývali bola v poriadku. Horšie to už bolo so spoločnými priestormi. V kuchyni nešla umývačka a málo ukladacieho priestoru mi zťažovalo varenie. Navyše, v kuchyni nie je ani okno (iba malé do stupačky), takže sa výpary nedali vyvetrať. WCko bolo v pohode, kúpeľna tiež (aj ked tu by sa tiež zišlo viac odkladacieho priestoru), sušička tiež nešla, nakoľko bola pokazená. Úprimne, za tú cenu by som si radšej našla bývanie ďalej od centra, ale pre niekoho, kto vyslovene chce bývať v centre, je to dobrá lokalita.

The flat is good and the room is big. But the window was broken so I was caught with a cold the whole winter. The landlord didn't do anything to fix it. The communication was terrible, when I asked about the window they left me on read for 4 days so I had to insist but they told me it was normal to be sick during the winter... No it's not ! The window didn't close properly and the cold air kept coming inside ! Sometimes they asked me to be home in 1 or 2 hours to welcome every roommate when they arrived, which I did to be nice but is not normal and happened all the time. And when I left, it was sooner than planned so I asked if I could be refunded for the 2 additional weeks but they refused. The shower was also clogged all the time, the interphone didn't work, the floor of the kitchen is dirty but impossible to wash. To sum up, the room is good but the price is high considering these problems and the fact that you have to cross another room to access it.

Neighborhood
Andel is a great neighborhood to live in ! There is everything you need, lots of shops, restaurants, bars and transport, and the street is quite calm. Also really close to the riverside.

Mé jméno je Bláža, s rodinou žiji v menším domku kousek od metra Skalka. Je to krásné místo kde jsme v příjemném kompromisu přírody a městského života. Domek jsme zrovna dostavěli a tak si užíváme času jeho zkrášlováním a dokončováním. Už se ale moc těším až se trochu oteplí a já budu moct vyrazit na na sluníčko kde s velkou láskou pečuji o zahradu.
Máme tři děti - Miriam, Aniku a novorozeného Alexandra.
