Gemütliches helles Zimmer in WG zu vermieten. 20m^2 großes Zimmer, hell mit drei Fenstern un sehr ruhig (zum Innenhof gerichtet).
Vollmöbliert: Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Bücherregal hinter der Tür, Kommode, Nachkästchen).
Küche, Badezimmer,Klo, Balkon und Vorzimmer werden mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin (24J., Sprachstudentin) geteilt, die während des Sommers nur von Zeit zu Zeit in der Wohnung sein wird.

Badezimmerausstattung: Badewanne/Dusche, Waschmaschine/Trockner Küche: Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Balkon mit netten Kräuterbeeten.

Sehr zentrale Lage und Öffis sind in nächster Reichweite (Öffis zu Fuß zu erreichen :Trams 33,5, 38, 37 : 2-3min; bus 40A: 2-3min; Linie U6: 8-10min; Linie U4 8-10min).

Uni Campus, Hauptgebäude der Uni Wien und die MedUni Wien sind in ca. 15min zu Fuß oder 4min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

Es gibt reichlich Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Spar : 2min, Hofer: 5min, Billa 8min) und jede Menge Restaurants, Bars (Gürtel) und vieles mehr(z.B. WUK) in nächster Nähe.

Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist nur am Balkon erlaubt.

Wir suchen: Saubere, respekt- und verantungsvolle Menschen, die viel Spaß in Wien haben möchten. Das Zimmer ist für 2 Monate verfügbar, nach Wunsch können auch noch 2-3Wochen im September dazugenommen werden.


A cosy and bright room in a shared flat. The room has 20m^2 and is bright because of its 3 window and very quiet (located to the inner courtyard).

It is fully furnished: Bed, desk with chair, cupboard, bookshelf hidden behind the door, chest of drawers You will share a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a balcony with my lovely flatmate (24 years old, language student, f.) who will be here only occasionally during the summer time.

Bathroom: Bathing tub/ shower, sink, washing machine Kitchen: gas cooker, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, a cute balcony with herbs and much more.

The flat is located in a very central area and public transport facilities are numerous and in closest vicinity (walking distance: trams 33,5, 38, 37 :2-3min; bus 40A: 2-3min; line U6: 8-10min; line U4 8-10min).

The University Campus ("Altes Akh"), the main building of the University of Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna are also to be reached in about 15min on foot or 4min by tram.

There are plenty of shopping facilities(Spar (2min) , Hofer (5min) , Billa(8min) ), restaurant and bars around the corner.
The flat is located in a safe and quiet, but still lively area where many students live. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Smoking is ONLY allowed on the balcony.
