I worked as a teacher at a university for many years and I realized that it is very hard on on the foreign students to find suitable place to live for some months. They arrive with a suitcase only and they need a fully equipped apartment to stay in. Then I left the academic field and jumped into the IT world. The digitalizing world allows a lot of people to work remotely and explore new places without being on holiday.
