Genial konstruierte Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, mit zwei Bädern und nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum Prags entfernt.

Es handelt sich um eine komplett eingerichtete 92m2 Wohnung, gelegen in einem historischen Gebäude im Stadtbezirk Karlín (Karolinenthal). Im ersten Stock befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer. Ein zweites Bad und ein Schlafzimmer sind im oberen Stockwerk.
Um die komplette Privatfähre zu gewährleisten sind alle Räume mittels einer Tür getrennt.

In der gesamten Wohnung können 4-8 Personen bequem wohnen.

Die Ausstattung umfasst in der Küche einen Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und eine Kaffeemaschine. Am Esstisch können bis zu 8 Personen Platz nehmen.
Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist mit einem smart-TV, Radio und einem bequemen Sofa-Bett ausgestattet (für 2 Personen). Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche, Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Das im zweiten Stockwerk gelegene Badezimmer verfügt ebenfalls über eine Dusche.
Das Schlafzimmer bietet sehr viel Platz. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, ein Sofa-Bett (für 2 Personen)
sowie auch einen Tisch und einen Kleiderschrank.

Auf beiden Etagen ist High-Speed-Internet mit guter Verbindung installiert.

Gelegen ist die Wohnung im 5.Stockwerk im trendigen Karlín. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren Aufenthalt in Prag. Die Wohnung verfügt sogar über einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Es ist aber auch möglich, das Auto auf der Straße zu parken.
Alle Etagen können mit einem großen, neuen Lift erreicht werden.

Man ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht man den Altstadtring (Staromestske Namesti) und nach 15 Minuten den Wenzelsplatz (Vaclavske Namesti).

In der näheren Umgebung der Wohnung finden sich auch zahlreiche Pubs, Cafés und Restaurants!
