Spacious and stylish loft with an exceptional location at the Botanic district really close to the old town, the historic center of Valencia, just steps away from all major attractions and landmarks. Lots of restaurants and bars with sunny terraces around. Cozy, central and functional, it has everything that someone who needs a place to work remotely would need to feel like home and enjoy a wonderful stay in Valencia.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historical building with lift. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.It features super beautiful and perfectly maintained mosaic floors, a spacious living and dining room area, a fully equipped open concept kitchen, one-bedroom, spacious walking wardrobe with single sofa bed , working area and one bathroom.
The spacious and bright living & dining space, featuring high ceilings and original wooden beams, and full of natural light coming through the big windows , offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining area with a large table and 4 chairs. This is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. It also features a nice working area.
In the fully equipped open concept kitchen, you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and toaster.
The bathroom features a standing shower, and bath amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer are provided. I also offer basic kitchen condiments to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping.In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed and a closet and next to it there is another room with a single sofa bed and many closets with enough room to put your clothes and luggage.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also included. The bath towels supplied are for use in the apartment only.
You will find also one hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.
There is a central AC / heating system and fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and central heating / aircon system is provided.*Electricity and water are included on monthly rates up to 150€
The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay.
