This central apartment is located on the first floor on a pedestrian street where only cars can enter occasionally, making it a very quiet and safe apartment. Going up this first floor we find an ideal apartment for couples and also for teleworking as it has a good internet connection and an area in the room to work.
In the apartment you will find a large living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with top brand appliances such as Bosch. Refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and oven, all from the same brand. There is also a recycling column to facilitate the separation of different waste. Above this column of containers there is also a wine bar, where you can store the wines and they are well preserved.
Leaving this kitchen we have in front of us a large and comfortable sofa, where we can sit and watch a smart TV. It also has a DVD player and a mini-system with a collection of CDs available to the person staying there. From this living room we can go out to the jewel of the apartment: the large terrace. This terrace gives you many options during the day to day. You can have breakfast outside, have dinner outside... there is also enough space to be able to hang clothes without problems... it is a marvel of space. On this terrace there is a small room where the washing machine and the water heater are located.
If we return to the apartment, we will find a complete bathroom, with built-in taps where you can enjoy taking a shower, an electric towel rack and even a good shower tray. Leaving this room and on the right we can find the main room of the apartment. It is a room with a double bed, a large 2-meter long dressing room where you can store all your belongings.
An office table where you can work remotely, study or have your own office there and, in addition, this room has a small balcony that faces outside. A good point in its favor since it gives natural light to the room and you can go out onto the balcony if you want to get some fresh air.
- No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples.
- As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times.
- In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform
- Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request.
- Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between 23:00-09:00, will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time.
- The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.
- Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night.
- Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may apply (by the extra hour).
- Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment.
- It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage.
- If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment.
- Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay.
- You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.

Diese zentrale Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock in einer Fußgängerzone, in die nur gelegentlich Autos einfahren können, was sie zu einer sehr ruhigen und sicheren Wohnung macht. Auf dieser ersten Etage finden wir eine ideale Wohnung für Paare und auch für Telearbeit, da es eine gute Internetverbindung und einen Bereich im Zimmer zum Arbeiten hat.
In der Wohnung finden Sie ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche, die mit Top-Markengeräten wie Bosch ausgestattet ist. Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle und Backofen, alle von der gleichen Marke. Es gibt auch eine Recycling-Säule, um die Trennung der verschiedenen Abfälle zu erleichtern. Über dieser Säule von Containern gibt es auch eine Weinbar, wo Sie die Weine speichern können und sie sind gut erhalten.
Wenn wir die Küche verlassen, haben wir ein großes und bequemes Sofa vor uns, auf dem wir sitzen und einen Smart-TV anschauen können. Es hat auch einen DVD-Player und eine Mini-Anlage mit einer Sammlung von CDs zur Verfügung der Person, die dort bleibt. Von diesem Wohnzimmer aus können wir auf das Schmuckstück der Wohnung gehen: die große Terrasse. Diese Terrasse bietet Ihnen viele Möglichkeiten, den Tag zu verbringen. Sie können draußen frühstücken, draußen zu Abend essen... es gibt auch genug Platz, um problemlos Kleidung aufzuhängen... es ist ein Raumwunder. Auf dieser Terrasse gibt es einen kleinen Raum, in dem sich die Waschmaschine und der Warmwasserbereiter befinden.
Wenn wir in die Wohnung zurückkehren, finden wir ein komplettes Badezimmer vor, mit eingebauten Armaturen, wo man bequem duschen kann, einem elektrischen Handtuchhalter und sogar einer guten Duschwanne. Wenn man diesen Raum verlässt, findet man rechts den Hauptraum der Wohnung. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem großen, 2 Meter langen Ankleidezimmer, in dem Sie alle Ihre Sachen unterbringen können.
Ein Bürotisch, an dem man aus der Ferne arbeiten, studieren oder sein eigenes Büro einrichten kann, und außerdem hat dieses Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon, der nach außen zeigt. Ein guter Punkt zu seinen Gunsten, da es natürliches Licht in den Raum gibt und Sie auf den Balkon gehen können, wenn Sie etwas frische Luft schnappen wollen.

- Es können keine Gruppen von Freunden akzeptiert werden. Diese Wohnung ist für Berufstätige, Familien oder Paare geeignet.
- Als Mieter wird von Ihnen erwartet, dass Sie sich an die Hausordnung halten und die Wohnung, einschließlich aller Einrichtungen, Möbel und Geräte, stets pfleglich behandeln.
- Um eine verantwortungsvolle Nutzung zu gewährleisten, beträgt die ideale Temperatur für die Klimaanlage 24º C im Kühlmodus / 25ºC im Heizmodus.
- Es sind keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen erlaubt.
- Es ist nicht erlaubt, mehr Personen in der Wohnung unterzubringen, als in der Buchung angegeben sind. In diesem Fall wird Ihnen der Zuschlag pro Nacht und Person berechnet, der auf der Plattform angegeben ist
- Normalerweise ist der Check-in nach 15:00 Uhr. Wenn Sie jedoch planen, früher anzureisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Ihren Wunsch nach einem früheren Check-in zu erfüllen.
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Check-in nach 20:00 Uhr im Voraus bestätigt werden muss und zwischen 20:00 und 23:00 Uhr ein Aufpreis von 20 EUR bzw. zwischen 23:00 und 09:00 Uhr ein Aufpreis von 30 EUR erhoben wird, der beim Check-in zu zahlen ist.
- Das Gebäude wird von freundlichen Nachbarn bewohnt, hauptsächlich Familien. Um ein friedliches Zusammenleben zu gewährleisten, bitte ich Sie, auf diese Rücksicht zu nehmen und die Lautstärke im Haus auf ein erträgliches Maß zu beschränken. Die Ruhezeiten sind von 23:00 bis 9:00 Uhr.
- Unangemessener Lärm und unsoziales Verhalten werden geahndet und können dazu führen, dass die Gäste aufgefordert werden, das Haus sofort zu verlassen, ohne Rückerstattung und ohne jegliche Entschädigung, unabhängig von der Tages- oder Nachtzeit.
- Bei Ihrer Abreise sollte das Haus in einem einigermaßen sauberen und aufgeräumten Zustand zurückgegeben werden. Die Küche sollte gereinigt (insbesondere von Essensresten) und der Müll entsorgt werden (in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Recycling-Tonnen). Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Regel können zusätzliche Reinigungskosten anfallen (pro zusätzliche Stunde).
- Bitte schalten Sie die Klimaanlage, das Licht und alle anderen elektrischen Geräte aus, wenn Sie die Wohnung verlassen.
- Das Abstellen von Fahrrädern innerhalb der Wohnung oder des Gebäudes ist absolut verboten.
- Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Schäden an Möbeln und/oder Einrichtungen werden in Höhe des Wertes des Schadens in Rechnung gestellt.
- Wenn Sie mich brauchen, um in die Wohnung zu gehen, weil Sie die Schlüssel drinnen gelassen haben, betragen die Kosten 20€ bis 20:00; 30€ nach 20:00 und 50€ nach 23:00. Wenn Sie sich ausgesperrt haben und den Schlüssel im Schloss stecken lassen haben, müssen Sie die Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst bezahlen, der die Wohnung wieder öffnet.
- Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Tür sicher verschlossen ist und dass Sie immer im Besitz des (elektronischen) Schlüssels sind, wenn Sie die Wohnung während Ihres Aufenthalts verlassen.
- Für den Ersatz eines verlorenen Wohnungsschlüssels werden Ihnen 50 € berechnet.
