Welcome to our beautiful monthly rental apartment in a prime location! This spacious one-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, meaning it is quiet and bright thanks to its exterior location. It is also very well connected, with many restaurants and services nearby.
Entering the apartment, you will find an entrance hall, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bright living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for four people, while the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, from an induction hob and an oven to a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine.
On the second level (loft) you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and bedside tables. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has two balconies overlooking the street and plenty of natural light, and the double-glazed windows ensure a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is also equipped with high-speed fiber optics to stay connected with loved ones or to work from home. There are two hot-cold air conditioning splits to ensure a comfortable temperature at any time of the year, as well as an iron, ironing board and clothesline for your convenience.

- No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples.
- As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times.
- In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform
- Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request.
- Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between 23:00-09:00, will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time.
- The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.
- Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night.
- Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may apply (by the extra hour).
- Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment.
- It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage.
- If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment.
- Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay.
- You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.

Willkommen in unserer schönen Monatsmiete Wohnung in einer erstklassigen Lage! Diese geräumige Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich renoviert und befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug, was bedeutet, dass sie dank ihrer Außenlage ruhig und hell ist. Es ist auch sehr gut verbunden, mit vielen Restaurants und Dienstleistungen in der Nähe.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung finden Sie eine Eingangshalle, ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein helles Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Schlafsofa und einen Esstisch für vier Personen, während die Küche mit allem ausgestattet ist, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen, von einem Induktionskochfeld und einem Backofen bis hin zu einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einer Waschmaschine.
Auf der zweiten Ebene (Loft) befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und Nachttischen. Es gibt auch ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone mit Blick auf die Straße und viel natürliches Licht, und die doppelt verglasten Fenster sorgen für eine ruhige und einladende Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung ist außerdem mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeits-Glasfaserkabel ausgestattet, damit Sie mit Ihren Lieben in Verbindung bleiben oder von zu Hause aus arbeiten können. Es gibt zwei Split-Klimaanlagen (warm/kalt), die zu jeder Jahreszeit für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgen, sowie ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett und eine Wäscheleine.

- Um eine verantwortungsvolle Nutzung zu gewährleisten, beträgt die ideale Temperatur für die Klimaanlage 24º C im Kühlmodus / 25ºC im Heizmodus.
- Es sind keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen erlaubt.
- Es ist nicht erlaubt, mehr Personen in der Wohnung unterzubringen, als in der Buchung angegeben sind. In diesem Fall wird Ihnen der Zuschlag pro Nacht und Person berechnet, der auf der Plattform angegeben ist
- Normalerweise ist der Check-in nach 15:00 Uhr. Wenn Sie jedoch planen, früher anzureisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um Ihren Wunsch nach einem früheren Check-in zu erfüllen.
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Check-in nach 20:00 Uhr im Voraus bestätigt werden muss und zwischen 20:00 und 23:00 Uhr ein Aufpreis von 20 EUR bzw. zwischen 23:00 und 09:00 Uhr ein Aufpreis von 30 EUR erhoben wird, der beim Check-in zu zahlen ist.
- Das Gebäude wird von freundlichen Nachbarn bewohnt, hauptsächlich Familien. Um ein friedliches Zusammenleben zu gewährleisten, bitte ich Sie, auf diese Rücksicht zu nehmen und die Lautstärke im Haus auf ein erträgliches Maß zu beschränken. Die Ruhezeiten sind von 23:00 bis 9:00 Uhr.
- Unangemessener Lärm und unsoziales Verhalten werden geahndet und können dazu führen, dass die Gäste aufgefordert werden, das Haus sofort zu verlassen, ohne Rückerstattung und ohne jegliche Entschädigung, unabhängig von der Tages- oder Nachtzeit.
- Bei Ihrer Abreise sollte das Haus in einem einigermaßen sauberen und aufgeräumten Zustand zurückgegeben werden. Die Küche sollte gereinigt (insbesondere von Essensresten) und der Müll entsorgt werden (in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Recycling-Tonnen). Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Regel können zusätzliche Reinigungskosten anfallen (pro zusätzliche Stunde).
- Bitte schalten Sie die Klimaanlage, das Licht und alle anderen elektrischen Geräte aus, wenn Sie die Wohnung verlassen.
- Es ist absolut verboten, Fahrräder in der Wohnung oder im Gebäude abzustellen.
- Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Schäden an Möbeln und/oder Einrichtungen werden in Höhe des Wertes des Schadens in Rechnung gestellt.
- Wenn Sie mich brauchen, um in die Wohnung zu gehen, weil Sie die Schlüssel drinnen gelassen haben, betragen die Kosten 20€ bis 20:00; 30€ nach 20:00 und 50€ nach 23:00. Wenn Sie sich selbst ausgesperrt haben und den Schlüssel im Schloss stecken lassen haben, müssen Sie die Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst bezahlen, der die Wohnung wieder öffnet.
- Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Tür sicher verschlossen ist und dass Sie immer im Besitz des (elektronischen) Schlüssels sind, wenn Sie die Wohnung während Ihres Aufenthalts verlassen.
- Für den Ersatz eines verlorenen Wohnungsschlüssels werden Ihnen 50 € berechnet.
